How does PTH-253D alert me?
It uses color-coded indicator lights, on-screen warnings and audible alarms. Yellow conditions trigger slower visual and audible alerts; Red conditions trigger faster flashing and a rapid alarm. Red-level alarms override mute mode.
How long do the sensors last?
The sensors are designed for a 10-year service life. When a sensor reaches end of life, the device provides an automatic reminder so you do not have to track replacement timing yourself.
